“Having surgery of any kind is an overwhelming experience. It is easy to get nervous or scared at the thought of it. This was one my fears going into my initial consultation with Dr. Singer. To my surprise, every bit of nerves and fear as calmed from my first visit to the office from the smiling and helpful receptionist (Loryon) to the kind and caring nurse (Rose Marie) and even Dr. Karen Singer herself. I was always greeted with warm smiles, they addressed EVERY concern and question for me quickly, thoroughly, and kindly. I always felt like a V.I.P. patient at each one of my visits. When the day of my surgery came, Dr. Singer was amazing! Her knowledge of not only her work but of her patients made all the difference. My surgery was a success to say the least.
