PDO Threads (Polydioxanone)

A PDO (Polydioxanone) thread lift is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure designed to lift and tighten sagging skin using biodegradable threads. These threads are inserted beneath the skin using fine needles, where they provide an immediate lifting effect and stimulate collagen production over time. The procedure is commonly used on the face and neck to address issues like jowls, sagging cheeks, and fine lines, offering a more youthful appearance without the need for traditional surgery. Results typically last between 12 to 18 months, and because the threads gradually dissolve, there’s minimal downtime and a lower risk of complications compared to more invasive facelifts.

Techniques & Threads

We use V Soft PDO threads which are the largest international provider of PDO smooth and lifting threads in the market. V Soft PDO threads offer a tensile strength ten to twenty times greater than other brands, providing the highest quality available

LIFT Technique (Cogged/Barbed Threads)

Arte series: Patented, bidirectional, press‑sculpted threads (no heat treatment) yield ultra-strong lifts.

Barb threads: Traditional barbed threads; available with blunt (easier for beginners) or star-sharp cannulas for expert practitioners.

Implanted into the SMAS—delivers an immediate lifting effect lasting ~6–12 months.

GRID Technique (Smooth Threads)

Uses MonoMini, and Screw smooth threads in intradermal grids to stimulate collagen.

Particularly effective on cheeks, mouth, and under-eye areas.

Threads typically absorb in 3–6 months, but collagen effects persist.

VOLUME Technique

PDO hreads combined with dermal filler and/or Neurotoxin for lifting, volumizing, and rejuvenating.
